Guarantee

Every permanent hire you make through our firm comes with a 6 months guarantee. If someone leaves or is let go within this period, we will either find a replacement at no additional cost or return the original fee.

Scope

Applies to all permanent roles where a placement fee is paid. The guarantee applies once per hire.

Process

If someone leaves, notify us in writing within five working days with a short explanation. Fees should have been paid in full and on time.

Limitations

This guarantee does not apply if someone leaves due to:

• Role changes

  Major changes to the job after hiring, including different duties, different pay, relocating the role or changing the working location (such as remote to office), or redundancy due to restructuring.
• Unlawful or unethical behavior

  Discrimination, harassment, or hostile work environment.
• Dishonesty or fraud

  False information, misrepresentation, or intentional wrongdoing.
• Events outside everyone's control

  Natural disasters, pandemics, political disruption, or similar force majeure events.
