Scout Guarantees do not apply to the following scenarios:
1. Role Change: If the candidate moves to a different role within the Hiring Firm or the job requirements change significantly after hiring, causing the candidate to be unsuitable for the revised role or is made redundant due to unforeseen business changes or restructuring.
2. Unethical Behaviour: If the candidate resigns or is dismissed due to experiencing unethical or unlawful behavior—such as discrimination or sexual harassment by the Hiring Firm or any of its agents or employees.
3. Misrepresentation or Fraud: If claims arise from misrepresentation or fraudulent actions.
4. Force Majeure: If the termination is due to natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, an act of God, or other force majeure events.
